Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

At REGENEREIGHT, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using our website or services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Personal information

When you register, purchase, or interact with our services, we may collect:

  • Name, email address, and contact details
  • Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card details)
  • Information you provide when booking or communicating with a coach

1.2 Health and biometric data

Our precision testing services and wellness programmes require you to provide or generate health-related information. This may include:

  • Responses to health, lifestyle, and symptom questionnaires
  • Test results and biomarker data from assessments you complete
  • Personalised protocols and recommendations generated from your results
  • Progress notes and updates shared during your programme

Health data is a sensitive category of personal information. We treat it with a higher standard of care and do not use it for any purpose other than delivering your programme and improving our services.

1.3 Coaching and community data

If you engage in 1:1 coaching or are a member of The Foundation, we may retain:

  • Session notes (where applicable)
  • Written communications between you and your coach or practitioner
  • Goals, assessments, and progress records shared during the coaching relationship
  • Questions or health information you voluntarily share during group calls, Q&A sessions, or in the community platform

Please be aware that information you choose to share in group settings — including live calls, coaching sessions, and community posts — may be visible to other members. Do not share personal health information in group contexts if you are not comfortable with other members seeing it.

1.4 Platform data

The Foundation community platform is hosted on Mighty Networks. When you interact with our Mighty Networks community, Mighty Networks may collect usage data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Mighty Networks' privacy policy at mightynetworks.com/privacy-policy.

1.5 Non-personal information

We collect standard website usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, and page interaction data — for site performance and analytics.

1.6 Phone number and SMS communications

If you provide your phone number during registration, purchase, or programme enrolment, it may be used to send you SMS communications related to your programme, membership, or services. Your number is only used for this purpose. We do not sell, share, or use your phone number for third-party marketing. You will only receive SMS messages if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send.

2. How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

  • Deliver the services you have purchased, including test interpretation, personalised protocols, and coaching
  • Manage your Foundation membership, including access to the community platform, masterclasses, and group calls
  • Communicate with you about your programme, membership, results, and recommendations
  • Send updates, educational content, or promotional communications (you can opt out at any time)
  • Improve our services based on aggregate, anonymised insights
  • Meet legal obligations and protect the security of our platform

We do not use your health data for advertising, profiling for third-party purposes, or any purpose unrelated to your programme or membership.

3. Disclosure of information

We may share your information with:

  • Trusted third-party service providers who support our operations (including Mighty Networks for Foundation community hosting, Stripe for payment processing, and email delivery services) — these providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your data for their own purposes
  • Third-party laboratories that conduct our precision tests — these labs operate under strict data security and confidentiality standards and receive only the information necessary to process and return your results
  • Legal authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your health data and coaching records are not shared with any third party beyond what is necessary to deliver your programme, except where required by law or where you have given explicit consent.

4. Third-party platforms and data collection

We use a range of third-party platforms to operate our website, programmes, and community. These platforms may collect personal data as part of their normal function. They include:

  • Website hosting (platform to confirm — see note below)
  • Community platform — Mighty Networks
  • Payment processing — Stripe
  • Analytics and search — Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Email and productivity — Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, and related tools)
  • Social media — Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram

Each of these platforms operates under its own privacy policy and data handling practices. We select platforms that meet reasonable standards for data security and user privacy. We are not responsible for how these platforms handle data collected directly through their own interfaces — for example, data you provide when creating a social media account or interacting with our ads.

We may update the platforms we use from time to time. This section reflects our current toolkit. If you have questions about a specific platform, contact us at info@regenereight.life.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal information, including health data, test results, protocols, and coaching records, for three years after your last interaction with us. After that period, your data is securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion before that point — see section 6 for how to do this.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Object to or restrict certain uses of your data
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@regenereight.life.

7. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. No system is entirely without risk, but we maintain appropriate safeguards for the sensitivity of the data we hold — including your health records. Third-party labs and service providers used in our testing and programme delivery are held to the same standard.

8. Cookies

We use cookies to support site functionality and analyse usage. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the site.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and recommend reviewing their policies before sharing any personal information.

10. Children

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.

12. Contact

For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at info@regenereight.life.
