These terms and conditions govern your use of the REGENEREIGHT website and your purchase of any services offered by REGENEREIGHT. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you accept these terms. Read them carefully before proceeding.
1.1 REGENEREIGHT is operated by Utopia-Rising LLC trading as REGENEREIGHT. Our services include precision health assessments (Genetic Blueprint, Core Assessment, Signature Assessment), personalised regenerative protocols, The Foundation (a six-month guided programme), REGENEREIGHT Immersions (in-person retreats currently offered at Lake Lugano/Parco San Marco, Italy; Bali; and Cape Town), and practitioner training through the REGENEREIGHT Academy.
1.2 By using our website or purchasing any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website or services at any time. Where a paid service is affected, we will give you reasonable notice.
2.1 Precision assessments
REGENEREIGHT offers three tiers of precision health assessment — Genetic Blueprint, Core Assessment, and Signature Assessment — conducted by accredited third-party laboratories. When you purchase an assessment, we coordinate your sample collection and liaise with the relevant laboratories on your behalf. Results are interpreted and returned to you by REGENEREIGHT as part of your assessment. All customs requirements both receiving and sending of the test kit samples is outside of the control of REGENEREIGHT.
2.2 Personalised protocols
Based on your assessment results and health intake information, we create a personalised regenerative protocol for you. Protocols are developed by REGENEREIGHT practitioners and are specific to your reported data at the time of assessment. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
2.3 The Foundation
The Foundation is a six-month guided programme: structured protocols, masterclasses, practitioner Q&As, and community access, delivered through Mighty Networks. Unlike an open-ended membership, The Foundation runs for a fixed six-month term; renewal, if offered, is a separate purchase. Products and supplements discussed or recommended within The Foundation are not included in the programme fee and are purchased separately.
2.4 REGENEREIGHT Immersions
REGENEREIGHT Immersions are multi-day, in-person retreats currently held at Lake Lugano (Parco San Marco, Italy), Bali, and Cape Town.
2.5 REGENEREIGHT Academy and certified practitioners
The Academy offers practitioner training and certification in the REGENEREIGHT methodology. Certified practitioners may become affiliates, earning commission on memberships and products sold to their own clients.
2.6 Third-party clinical collaborations
REGENEREIGHT works with independent, separately licensed medical practitioners, including referral relationships for private consultations and a reciprocal arrangement with a clinic in Lugano, Switzerland. These practitioners and clinics operate under their own licensure and hold their own doctor–patient relationship with you where applicable. REGENEREIGHT does not receive payment for these referrals, does not supervise their clinical judgment, and is not responsible for the medical advice, treatment, or outcomes of any independent practitioner or clinic you engage with, whether or not REGENEREIGHT introduced you to them.
3.1 REGENEREIGHT is a health coaching and education practice, not a medical provider. Nothing on our website, in your assessment results, in your personalised protocol, in The Foundation, at an Immersion, or in any coaching session constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3.2 You should not rely on information provided by REGENEREIGHT as a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have a medical condition or health concern, consult a qualified healthcare provider before acting on any information or recommendation from us, and specifically before participating in any fasting protocol or physical activity at an Immersion.
3.3 Content shared through The Foundation — including masterclasses, protocols, and group call discussions — is educational in nature. It is not tailored to your individual health circumstances unless provided as part of a personalised protocol or 1:1 engagement.
3.4 Product and supplement budgets discussed anywhere in our services are estimates only, vary by tier and complexity, and do not obligate you to purchase any specific product.
3.5 By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that results vary between individuals and that REGENEREIGHT makes no guarantee of specific health outcomes.
4.1 Assessments, The Foundation, and Academy enrolment are purchased through our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes or fees. Immersions are purchased via deposit and balance.
4.2 Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers. REGENEREIGHT does not store your card details.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
5.1 Precision assessments
Once a test kit has been dispatched or a laboratory request has been submitted, the assessment cannot be cancelled or refunded. If your kit has not yet been dispatched, contact info@regenereight.com within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation.
5.2 Personalised protocols
Protocols are created based on your specific assessment and intake data. Once a protocol has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
5.3 The Foundation
Membership of the Foundation is for a fixed six-month programme and cancellations before the 6-month will not be refunded.
6.1 The Foundation's community platform is a private, members-only space. By joining, you agree to engage respectfully and in good faith with other members and with REGENEREIGHT staff.
6.2 You must not share, reproduce, or distribute any content from The Foundation — including masterclasses, protocols, recordings, or community posts — outside the platform without prior written consent from REGENEREIGHT.
6.3 Health information shared by other members in group calls or community posts is shared voluntarily and in confidence. You must not share, screenshot, or discuss other members' personal health information outside the community.
6.4 REGENEREIGHT reserves the right to remove any member from The Foundation, or any participant from an Immersion, for conduct that is disrespectful, harmful, or in breach of these terms, without refund.
7.1 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when completing health intake forms, questionnaires, or any other assessment — including full disclosure of any medical condition relevant to participation in an Immersion's fasting protocol or physical activity. REGENEREIGHT cannot be held responsible for protocols or recommendations based on inaccurate information you have provided.
7.2 You are responsible for following any sample collection instructions provided with your assessment kit. Incorrectly collected samples may affect results. A re-test may be required at your cost in such cases.
7.3 You agree to engage with our services in good faith and to communicate openly with your coach, practitioner, or the on-site medical staff at an Immersion about any concerns with your programme or your fitness to participate in any activity, including the fasting protocol.
8.1 Precision assessments are processed by accredited third-party laboratories. While we select laboratory partners carefully, REGENEREIGHT is not responsible for laboratory errors, delays, or sample processing issues outside our control.
8.2 In the event of a laboratory error, we will work with the relevant laboratory to resolve the issue, which may include arranging a re-test at no additional cost to you.
9.1 The Foundation's community is hosted on Mighty Networks. Certain programme and marketing pages are hosted on Vercel. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
9.2 REGENEREIGHT is not responsible for disruptions, outages, or changes to third-party platforms. We will work to minimise impact on members where platform issues arise.
10.1 All content produced by REGENEREIGHT — including website content, the Regenereight Method, masterclasses, Immersion curricula, protocols, recordings, and Academy training materials — is the property of REGENEREIGHT or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 The Foundation membership grants you personal, non-transferable access to programme content. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share this content without prior written consent.
10.3 Your personalised protocol is created for your individual use only and may not be reproduced or commercialised.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, REGENEREIGHT's liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service directly giving rise to the claim.
11.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including loss of health outcomes, earnings, or data — arising from your use of our services or your reliance on information we provide.
11.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
12.1 We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after a change is posted means you accept the revised terms.
13.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delaware courts.
